The essences were developed in the 1930s by Dr Edward Bach, a physician and homeopath who believed emotional harmony was the key to good health. He identified 38 flower essences made from wild plants, trees and bushes, each one corresponding to a specific emotion.
Simplicity was critical to Edward Bach's system - he wanted everyone to be able to understand them and categorised the system into seven groupings to help individuals identify the essence for them.

Bach™ Original Flower Essences are suitable for all and can be used any time of the day.
5x dilution of flower extracts of Agrimony (Agrimonia eupatoria) in a 27% grape alcohol solution. Grape alcohol (approx. 27% v/v), flower extract of Agrimony.
Single remedy use: Add two drops to water and sip at intervals or add to a 30ml mixing bottle with water. Take four drops a minimum of four times a day.
Multiple remedy use: Add two drops of each remedy (max seven remedies) to a mixing bottle and use as above.
Keep in a cool, dry place out of the sight and reach of children.
Do not store above 25C.
