Over the years we have been introduced to some amazing people, and some amazing products. Our mission is to provide a single source for High Quality Vitamins, High Quality Supplements, and some really awesome niche products to help our body recover from the damages of life.
Our Return Policy
We are happy to accept returns. All returns must be made within 14 days of purchase. The returned product needs to be un opened, and un-used, we cannot offer a full refund for a product that has been opened or used, but we will take in to consideration individual cases on a case case basis.
The buyer is responsible for the return, this includes requesting a return label from our customer support team who can be reached on email@example.com. The buyer is responsible to return the product or products in equivalent to the original packaging to ensure a safe return. The buyer is responsible for the cost of the return.
Once the item or items have been received by our team in the UK, we will investigated to ensure the product has not been opened, or used, and then a full refund will be immediately offered back to the original payment method used in the original transaction.
The buyer is responsible for obtaining a proof of postage for the return and this will need to be supplied to the customer service team on the following email address firstname.lastname@example.org.
The customer is responsible to ensure the product is insured for the full value of the parcel. We cannot be held responsible for lost returns, this will be down to the courier or postal service used for the returned item.
Customs Delays and Clearances
International shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Customs clearance can also result in additional fees, such as taxes and duties, that are the responsibility of the customer to pay.
Please note that we have no control over the customs clearance process, and cannot predict or be held responsible for any delays or fees incurred during this process. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all necessary information and documentation is provided to facilitate customs clearance.
If your package is held in customs, we recommend that you contact the customs office directly to inquire about the status of your shipment and any potential fees. In some cases, customs may require additional information or documentation from the customer in order to release the package.
Please also note that we are unable to mark packages as gifts or lower the declared value in order to reduce or eliminate customs fees. This is illegal and can result in penalties for both the customer and the seller.

If customs return a parcel, we will offer either a redelivery or full refund once the parcel has been returned to us. Please note that if the parcel is returned due to a failure to pay customs fees or provide necessary documentation, the customer will be responsible for any fees incurred as a result of the return.
If you choose to receive a redelivery of the returned parcel, please be aware that you may be subject to additional fees, such as shipping and handling charges, depending on the reason for the return. We will work with you to determine the best course of action based on the circumstances of the return.
In the event that you opt for a full refund, we will process your refund as soon as we receive the returned parcel. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed and credited back to your original payment method.

Estimated Delivery Times
We aim to dispatch all orders the same day if possible. Once your orders is placed you will receive an order placement ID on email, this means the warehouse has your order information, and it is currently being processed. Once the warehouse has processed your order, at this point we will then be able to update the status of your order and provide your tracking information. Sometimes obtaining the tracking information can take up to 24 hours depending on the carrier. All orders placed after 13:00 GMT, Monday to Friday may get processed the following day (except on weekends). All UK orders are full filled by Royal Mail unless pre-arranged before the order is placed. The standard UK shipping service used is Royal Mail Tracked 48. For EU orders & Global Orders delivery times can vary, delivery partners can also vary, and the estimated delivery time span can be from 5 - 10 business days (Monday to Friday - Excluding Weekend Days).
