Ideal for children aged 4 years upwards and adults.

Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactococcus lactis spp. Lactis, Bifidobacterium longum, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Streptococcus thermophilus, Bifidobacterium breve, Bifidobacterium bifidum, Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus casei, potato starch, fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS), magnesium stearate, ascorbic acid, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule shell).
Suggested intake
1-2 capsules daily, taken 1⁄2 hour after food, or as directed by a practitioner.
