Ingredients
Aqua, Alcohol denat., Triethanolamine, Polysorbate 20, Arnica montana extract, Acrylate / C10-30 alkyl Acrylate crosspolymer, Citrus grandis peel oil, Limonene (from essential oil), menthol, Citral (from essential oil), Linalool (from essential oil).
Free from parabens, lanolin and mineral oil. Contains no artificial colourings or fragrances.
Directions
Apply liberally, gently massaging the gel into the appropriate area. Re-apply as often as required, minimum twice daily. For external use only.

Keep out of reach of children.
