Our Magnesium Citrate food supplement is the best of the non-food forms of magnesium. In citrate form it is readily absorbed into the bloodstream. This product provides 80mg of elemental magnesium per capsule. Magnesium is needed as a cofactor for over 300 enzymes.

Ingredients
Fish oil concentrate (from sardine and anchovy), mixed tocopherols (antioxidant), capsule shell (gelatin and glycerine). The oil is cold water low pressure distilled to ensure it is clean, stable and free from pollutants.
Suggested intake
1-2 capsules to be taken with food as a food supplement or as directed by a practitioner.
Contraindications
Avoid if there is any deficiency of the liver. If you are on anti-thrombotic drugs (e.g. Warfarin or Heparin) consult your doctor before taking. This product contains fish derivatives and therefore should not be taken by people with allergies to fish.
