Several trials have looked to understand the various health benefits of fenugreek seeds, including: antidiabetic effect, hypocholesterolemic influence, antioxidant potency and digestive stimulant action. Whilst further research is required to deduce the antidiabetic and hypocholesterolemic properties of fenugreek, it is evident that the herb has a promising nutraceutical value.
In addition, our formula includes 20µg chromium which contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels and macronutrient metabolism.
